FSU Institutional and Departmental 奖学金
A number of scholarship programs are available to graduate students. Several have been established through the Frostburg State University 基金会; others are made available by the state of Maryland, individual donors, businesses and corporations, and civic organizations.

MHEC (Maryland Higher Education Commission) Grants
Workforce Shortage Student Assistance Grant Program
The Workforce Shortage Student Assistance Grant (WSSAG) program is for students who plan on working in specific career/occupational programs upon graduation. Eligible fields include: childcare, 人类服务, 教学, 护理, physical and occupational therapy, and public service. Cohen Scholars (formally Hal and Jo Cohen GNF)
The Nurse Support Program II provides funding for Cohen Scholars to complete the graduate degrees (MS, MSN, DNP, 博士学位, EdD) and core education coursework, including post-master's 教学 certificates, necessary to prepare to become a nurse educator, 护士学院, clinical educator in one of Maryland’s 护理 degree programs, professional development specialist, nurse residency specialist or other nurse educator in hospital education roles. Maryland institutions with 护理 degree programs may nominate a limited number of new Cohen Scholars each academic year. The Cohen Scholars are recognized as the next generation of nurse educators to fill the positions needed now and in the future. The program is administered through the NSP II with grants across participating 护理 programs to award Cohen Scholars. The Cohen Scholars will serve as new 护理 faculty and clinical educators to produce the additional 护理 graduates required by Maryland’s hospitals and health systems.
